Two new incentives have just been announced on the Harmony Bay Resort
1) 4% pa Interest to be paid up until completion on all payment plans and shares (25%, 50% & 75%) except 40% cash deposits. This will be paid quarterly. For cash purchasers who cannot afford to pay 90% but can pay more than 40%, we are open to discuss this incentive further.
2) Buy Back – this will be after 5 years from the completion date at the price paid. Harmony will also offer a resale service at the new market value for a fee of approx 5% of the selling price.
